Information Received by Velotooler
Personal Information.
Velotooler collects personal information only if you voluntarily choose to share such information with velotooler. You may browse the Site without disclosing any personal information. However, in order for you to take advantage of particular opportunities provided through the Service, we may require that you provide personal information. When you register your account, sign up for newsletters, complete surveys, contests or other entries, and through communications transmitted through velotooler applications and your use of the velotooler mobile application, we collect information including your name, address, phone number and email address. When you visit and interact with the Site, velotooler and/or third parties with whom Velotooler has contracted to provide services to velotooler may collect your Internet Protocol Address ("IP Address"), which is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider. This number is identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever you visit the Site, along with the time(s) of your visit(s) and the page(s) that you visited. We use IP Addresses to monitor the regions from which Users navigate the Site and for fraud prevention purposes.
We may also require you to provide us with your financial information, including billing name, address and credit card number, and bank accounts ("Financial Information").
Only authorized velotooler staff has access to your Personal Information in its entirety. Other staff may have access to portions of this information if it pertains to their job duties.

Velotooler's Use of Text Messaging
Velotooler utilize text messages to provide timely notifications regarding the status of service orders. Rest assured that we prioritize the privacy and security of our users. We do not share any phone numbers with external parties. The sole purpose of collecting and utilizing phone numbers is to facilitate communication and ensure a smooth process for the service orders placed on our platform. Your phone number remains strictly confidential and is used solely for the purpose of delivering important updates regarding your service orders.
Velotooler's Security of Collected Information
Your velotooler account is password-protected so that only you and authorized velotooler staff have access to your account information. In order to maintain this protection, do not give your password to anyone. Also, if you share a computer, you should sign out of your velotooler account and close the browser window before someone else logs on. Also, it is a good practice to clear your sign-in sections in your security setting of your account. By canceling your previous sign-in sessions you automatically sign yourself out from all devices you have been signed in to on the web during your previous velotooler use. This will help protect your information entered on public terminals from disclosure to third parties.
Velotooler makes every effort to ensure that your information is secure on its system. Extremely sensitive information, like credit card numbers, is always transmitted in encrypted form. Only certain authorized velotooler staff can access Personal Information.

Who Does Velotooler Share Information With?
When you submit information to Velotooler, it is collected, processed and maintained solely by us or by third party agents who are bound by privacy restrictions at least as restrictive as those set forth in this policy. We may allow our business partners to collect information about Users that is not extremely sensitive Information.
Velotooler reserves the right to disclose Personal Information from both private and public areas of this website at our discretion, if required by law or if we are given reason to believe, in our sole discretion, that someone is causing injury to or interference with the rights of Users, the general public, or Velotooler, to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process. Requesting Account Deletion

Please allow up to 2 business days for the complete removal of your account from our systems.
